Thesis PROS doubled from the 0.42 base in a month. The late leg, from 25 Sep to 5 Oct, came on volume 20 to 50 times the August level. Price has now been rejected twice above 0.80: an upper wick to 0.7989 on 1 Oct, then a wick to 0.8535 on 5 Oct before the day closed back at 0.74, which is a failed breakout. The screener's 'volume wake' is heavy volume on two red days after a FOMO top, so this is supply coming out, not accumulation. The only trade worth considering is a pullback into the 0.68–0.70 shelf (2 Oct and 3 Oct lows, plus the round number). The stop goes under the 29 Sep swing low at 0.656. That gives about 2.3:1 back to the 0.7989 breakout level. Crowd read The people who chased the 0.80–0.85 push are trapped and underwater. Any bounce toward 0.78–0.80 will meet them selling at break-even, so that zone is now resistance and capped the move twice. After a vertical month the usual sequence is a shakeout into prior support before anyone tries again. Buying the middle of the slide means buying their exits. Watch for Bid 0.69–0.70 only if price reaches it and shows absorption: a 4h candle with a long lower wick into 0.68–0.70, then a close back above 0.71 on higher volume than the drift down. A better long would be a 1d close back above 0.7989 that holds two closes, but that's a new setup with a higher entry. Avoid it if price gets there through more 0.85-style upper wicks. Wrong if A 4h close below 0.675 means the 0.68–0.70 shelf has failed. The next real support is the 0.60–0.62 area from late September, and the stop would only be a matter of time. A fast bounce back to 0.78 on falling volume, without first testing 0.70, would also leave no good entry. Exit rules · close below 0.675 (4h): Lost the 0.68–0.70 shelf: the retest failed and the pullback is turning into a deeper unwind · btc drop pct 4.0: BTC is near its 20-day high in Greed; a 4% drop would knock a stretched small-cap L1 much harder · no progress hours 72.0: If buyers don't lift it off the shelf within three days, the momentum has gone Managed exit (half at 1R, trail 1R) active, -0.45R so far
Screener volume wake scored 56 (reasons were not kept on this call) Project Pharos is a parallel-EVM 'RealFi' Layer 1 and has been in Binance Alpha Spotlight. Total supply is 1B, with 6% for the airdrop and only 135.6M circulating. The token launched around April 2026, with its all-time high of $1.13 on 28 Apr. I found no hack, listing, delisting or legal news from the last two weeks. The search turned up no confirmed date for the next unlock, but the low float and launch timing make a cliff around late October a real possibility. The Layer 1 theme is not waking (+1.9% median for the week), so there's no rotation tailwind. Risks · Only 13.6% of supply is circulating (FDV about $717M vs a $97M market cap). The token launched around April 2026, so a six-month cliff could fall in late October. I couldn't confirm a date, so check an unlock calendar before bidding. · It trades only on Kraken in this feed: ask depth within 2% is about $11k against $42k of bids, so a push up is thin and a dump is easier to absorb than to reverse · The 4h trend is lower highs from 0.8535, and 4h RSI is at 41 and falling. 0.70 may not hold on the first touch. · Breadth is weak: 27.6% of the top 200 are up on the day, total market cap is down 3.3%, and Fear & Greed is stuck at 73 (Greed). That isn't a backdrop where a failed breakout gets rescued quickly. · The 5 Oct day recovered almost none of its wick, which points to real selling, not a liquidity sweep Sources https://cryptorank.io/price/pharos/vesting https://www.bitget.com/news/detail/12560605376523 https://www.mexc.com/learn/article/what-is-pharos-network-pros-coin-a-deep-dive-into-pharos-networks-realfi-layer-1-ecosystem/1 Features at call time pct_1d: -3.71 pct_7d: 4.41 vol_ratio_eff: 2.76 rsi_1d: 60.58 bbw_pct_rank: 87.13 dist_to_high_20d_pct: 19.64 consec_green_1d: 0 overhead_supply_share: 0.16 upper_wick_ratio_1d: 0.16 lower_wick_ratio_1d: 0.05 rs_vs_btc_7d: 1.82 from_ath_pct: -35.83
