Thesis PROS went from about 0.42 to 0.8535 in a month. The last leg was a near-vertical run with heavy volume from late September. On Oct 5 it rejected hard: the candle traded up to 0.8535 and closed at 0.7409, leaving a long upper wick on 777k volume. Since then it has made two red days and lower closes on every 4h candle, and it is now back under the 0.7989 breakout level, so the breakout failed. The screener's 'volume wake' flag here is heavy volume while price falls, which means selling, not quiet buying. The only trade worth taking is a bid near the 0.68-0.70 shelf (the Oct 2-3 lows), with the stop under the Sep 29 swing low of 0.6562, aiming back at the 0.795 rejection zone. Crowd read Buyers who chased the 0.80-0.85 spike are now stuck, and they will sell anything near break-even, so 0.78-0.80 is a wall. Airdrop claimers still have until Oct 25 to collect and sell, so there is steady supply. This kind of setup usually needs a flush toward the prior range, or a long sideways spell, before buyers come back. Watch for A limit bid at 0.695. Only treat a fill as valid if the 4h candle shows a long lower wick (dips being bought) and volume falling on the way down. Better confirmation is a 4h close back above 0.745 on rising volume. If it goes straight through 0.678 on a 4h close, stand aside and reassess near 0.62. Wrong if A 4h close below the Oct 2 low (about 0.678) means the 0.68-0.70 shelf is not holding and the next stop is the Sep 29 low near 0.656, then the 0.60-0.62 zone from late September. A bounce that fails under 0.745 (the Oct 6 open) on falling volume also says the distribution phase is not over. Exit rules · close below 0.675 (4h): lost the Oct 2-3 shelf: the retest support failed · btc drop pct 4.0: total crypto market cap is already down 3.6% today; a further BTC drop kills any alt bounce · no progress hours 72.0: if a fill at the shelf gets no bounce within 3 days, buyers are not there Managed exit (half at 1R, trail 1R) active, -0.59R so far
Screener volume wake scored 56 (reasons were not kept on this call) Project Pharos is a parallelized EVM Layer 1 and has been in a Binance Alpha Spotlight. The all-time high was $1.13 on Apr 28, 2026, the token launch and airdrop start. The 180-day airdrop claim window closes Oct 25, 2026, after which unclaimed tokens return to the Pharos Foundation. That keeps claim-and-sell supply flowing for the next three weeks, and the end of the window could be a minor catalyst for when that selling stops. No date for the next unlock is public. I found no hacks, listings or delistings. It trades only on Kraken among the tracked exchanges, and the Layer 1 theme is not waking. Risks · The Pharos airdrop claim window is open until Oct 25. Unclaimed tokens go back to the foundation, and recipients who claim are likely to sell into strength. · Only 13.6% of supply is circulating (market cap about $97M against an FDV of about $717M). Future unlocks hang over the price, and the next unlock date has not been published. · The Oct 5 rejection wick at 0.8535 and the failed hold above 0.7989 leave a thick band of trapped buyers at 0.78-0.85, right where target1 sits. · Daily volatility (ATR) is about 9.4%, so a single wick can run through 0.652 even if the shelf holds on closes. · Fear & Greed is at 73 (Greed) and only a third of the top 200 coins are up on the day, so the market gives the bounce no tailwind.
